4. Property Listings

Approval of Listings: We reserve the right to review, approve, or reject any property listing submitted by Developers.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

Site Visits: Buyers may arrange property visits through the platform. BuzzRealty is not responsible for any issues that arise during or after site visits.

Booking & Payments: Buyers can book properties through the platform, but all payments, terms of purchase, and transactions are conducted directly between the Buyer and Developer. BuzzRealty does not handle or facilitate any payments.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between Buyers and Developers must be handled directly between the parties. BuzzRealty is not responsible for resolving disputes, providing refunds, or compensating for any grievances arising from the transaction or property purchase process.

7. Fees & Payments

Service Fees: BuzzRealty may charge service fees for developers to list properties or for providing additional services. All fees will be clearly disclosed before the service is rendered.

Refund Policy: All fees paid to BuzzRealty are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

BuzzRealty is a platform for connecting buyers and developers. We do not:

Guarantee the availability, quality, or condition of properties listed on the website.

Offer any guarantees or warranties related to property transactions.

Be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from the use of the website, including failed transactions, inaccuracies in property listings, or disagreements between Buyers and Developers.

9. User Conduct Prohibited

Account Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at our discretion if any misuse of the platform is detected.
